This appears to be the very screenshot that made it to both the box and jewel case of the original Shadow Warrior release, the uncensored, American PC version specifically (no idea about other versions)
It begs the question, though, how many of these screenshots still remain? how about Blood's?
Not that we need them to identify the locations or anything, it's merely a curiosity.
