Most people think of the victorian age as ritualistically morbid.

They even used the new technology of photography to exemplify the fact.

Can you imagine running around in some abandoned dwelling on a RATM map and seeing these hung on the walls?

I remember this stuff, first heard about it in "The Others" (great ghost movie if anyone's interested btw).

I wonder if there's a full movie, fictional or not, dedicaded to these kinds of pictures.

Interesting thread. I'm quite fond of these, but they certainly are kind of creepy. I wouldn't want one taken of me, heh.

Haven't seen these in while.

Wow, the ghost pic - especially for victorian age shot - is amazingly well made! :shock:
And the black & white high contrast and grain makes these shots a littlebit more creepy. Very interesting pictures.
