Any Nine Inch Nail Fans here?

Post by Joe Hades » Jun 21st, 2010, 01:21

I am a huge fan of Trent reznors work, and listen his stuff at least once a day. Anyone else here who likes NIN? Do you have a favourite song(s) or album(s)?

My favourite albums are the downward spiral and the Fragile. Both are incredible pieces of music!

I recently discover NIN (hey, this name appears in E4M1 in Doom and wrote in boxes of nails in Quake :D).

I'm listening their stuff and I like it. Not a fan yet but I like the style :).
Cabal's Return Add-On. Wait for it.

Pfiuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, so much dude. Kurt being banned, then unbanned, then banned again, then unbanned again.

You probably missed the news from wangho saying he was making some more maps.

Bloatoid is about to deliver tons of new levels too

Check Blood Alone in The Dark add on from NoOne

I myself continue to work on an add on too, though very slowly.

Otherwise I don't think you missed anything ultra special but I don't remember since when you're missing.

I only heard the music they wrote for Quake back in the mid-1990s.

Not really my style of music, but it suits the "futuristic junkyard" style of Quake games very well.

Yeah, Trent Reznor did a good job capturing Quakes atmosphere. I just really wish the work he recorded for Doom3 made it into the game.

I'm a big NIN fan. Did you know that Reznor played in a AOR band in 1984? The band is called "The Innocent" and the record is named "living in the street". Reznor plays keyboards on that record, which is quite good if you like the genre (and i do). :)
