EDIT: HORRIBLE FUCKING CONTENT MISTAKE, I was previously talking about Saji - who is a knifesmith - instead of Kitano. Too much knives for me :?

Ok, since I have to choose, here it is:

Kikujiro no natsu by Takeshi Kitano

Kitano's films are the most genuine, real films I've ever watched. My heart fills with warmth when I watch them. When I watch them, I feel like Im watching true cinema, not just "flicks". It's nothing that can be described by man..

And that four stars, propably just given by some hollywood sex slave sells his ass to be able to write new review... of sorts.

mmm owning a DVD? No thanks. Usually after I saw a (good) movie it will be a loooog time before I will watch it again. Besides, 95% of all movies nowadays (the last 10 years or so) aren't usually worth watching a 2nd time.

I had a quite collecting phase for years, until it slowed down when I started to become even more critical than before. The DVD offering in here has been quite depressing lately.. Couple of Kurosawa films and others. Surely a lot of great movies to get still, but most of them hard to get.
