Re: Site feedback
Also a feature that displays the members that have visited the site today? Something like this (scroll down the bottom)?
Re: Site feedback
1) This is the wrong thread, as this one is meant of reporting issues only.
2) It's an IPB feature and while it would not be too hard tow write:
3) I don't see any use for it with such low active member numbers.

Re: Site feedback
I can see on the main panel: home, community, articles and database. Community and database have this symbol "" so they look like this "community" and "database". I use IE8.

I'm so badass that I sit and grit my teeth as I browse Posty at work regardless of the work safety factor of the board.
Blood + Focus = Love · Faith is the key · Heretics and traitors cannot stand before us · Some games are self-perpetuating - Blood requires conscientious communal effort to survive · We are the last line · Ask not for whom the main menu animates · Blood's promotion and survival - all other gaming considerations are secondary · More than just a game · Need a hint? · Make a standKazashi wrote:Daedalus, I don't care how much you know about Blood, your attitude has to change.

Re: Site feedback
I'm not.
In all honesty I think Posty was never meant to be particularly worksafe anyway, so it's no big loss. But I'm generally on late at night or weekends only because of it.

It's an triangle pointing downward, to give the user the sense that they are, in fact, drop down menus that have more links under them. The number of the character is ▾ if you want to check it out. It should be a regular unicode letter that should work for all users.Jerry wrote:I can see on the main panel: home, community, articles and database. Re: Site feedback
I personally don't mind the avatars, but when my wife comes over to talk to me I need to scroll down the thread
.

Re: Site feedback
Ahhh...such a satisfaction to see this Posty...
Thanks Daedolon.
Two things come to my mind though :
- Will the very old Posty style be implemented ?
- Is it possible to find images to replace the ultra classic one (sheets of paper, etc.) there are in front of the threads name ?

Re: Site feedback
I'm still thinking about what I'll do with the upcoming styles, but one will be a black version, and there will be a retro version with the brown colours. Likely one or both of them are going to have the skulls back.
Re: Site feedback
Do that and I can die happy.

I'm just wondering if any of you actually read the welcome message, I thought it states these things pretty clearly: http://www.the-postmortem.com/article/w ... r+life/34/
