Now that's the reason to finally configure DosBox! :twisted:

There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. I will personally take measures if I see anyone who hasn't downloaded and played it through in the following week.

There be a reason for not using a virtual drive? Good luck with the burner - it's worth having this disc. :}

Here is a temporary torrent:
http://ratm.deathmask.net/Rage_Against_ ... e1.torrent

That is, I will be hosting it for a while, and if you choose to download it, be a sport and seed it for other people.

EDIT: It shall be up in an hour or two, sorry for the delay.

EDIT2: We are waiting for the tracker to refresh. I will update you as soon as possible. Re-download the torrent file in the meanwhile.

I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to run it with RATM.EXE but it won't comply. Blood initialization starts, and it gets to sound initialization but then it just quits. And I get that RATM pic too, but it just stands there for a while, and then it's gone.
Is it compatible with XP?
If I use VDMSound or DosBOX it works, but no cutscenes.
Help.. :)

If ratm.exe doesn't work, use ratm.com. In Dosbox, just type:

ratm

(just make sure it's mounted correctly)

Cutscenes will work if the CD is still in the drive (physical or virtual - doesn't matter). You will have to mount the CD in the Dosbox - refer to the Dosbox documentation.

You may also copy the cutscene files somewhere on your HD, but make sure to modify paths in ratm.ini. Refer to the RATM documentation for more info. :}

i suppose that ratm isn't standalone, yeah? i mean that blood is required. i didn't downloaded it yet, and i doubt i will in a moment. during last hard drive repartitioning blood went to hell (with my "unbackuped" maps, dammit!).

so, i hope ratm is really bad and i don't lose much not playing it ;)
signatures are irrelevant. they are for those naive simpletons, who think that they can sum their whole life philosophy in several worlds.
idiots.

Thanks for the DOSBox config Dimebog!
Cutscenes work in DOSBox, although the gameplay is a bit too slow.
But no problem, I'll watch the cutscenes in DOSBox, and play using VDMSound :lol:

Gets my buyed games nag about cd not being in? Not able to play mods such as rome total realism?

Two solid reasons why not.
LOL HI!
