Solid map but ammo is lacking at the end.

A big and naive mistake I have with custom maps is they fail to specify an 'EndingA' in the INI meaning you don't get to see your statistics when you end a level it jumps straight to the credits roll. Just have it loop back to E1M1.

REMOVED.

MAP REMOVED AT THE MOMENT. Somehow and old version of the map snuck in the zip file. I'll upload it again when I have time to look what happened. I need to ask you about the art there, that dead guy on the wall was supposed to be a painting, did you replace the tiles018.art?

Correct map is up now. Sorry for this. Please remove the video, the version is outdated and is missing alot of little things.

Boy am I glad I tried out this map.

Fluid gameplay, excellent architecture and lighting to go along. Lots of neat details (including a screamer you devil you!). There's replay value for the very secret hunting' sake (it's a castle after all) plus no one's ever been wrong to go with a Dracula theme. Overall I give this wonderful piece of art a solid 8.9 rotting corpses out of 10, and the possibility of yanking it up to 9 if the following suggestions were to be considered:

1. Not knowing what to expect from this map, I probably wasn't careful enough to save sufficient ammo for the end, and dispatching the last 2 enemies quickly turned into a insufferably monotonous hit-and-save iteration. It could be that my skills are not up to the task, though. Howbeit, as a general rule, it's a good idea to allow the player to stock up before heading to the big battle if there won't be anything left to do afterwards.

2. The outdoor areas are overly lit, which takes somewhat away from the atmosphere.

3. I believe this sort of map would have benefited greatly from a more sinister (as opposed to the "suspense" choice) music track.

Thanks for the ride!
