Welcome Bloodite.

The GoG version includes the cutscenes. It's possible that it will work on XP, some adjustments may be required depending on your hardware. What problems do you get with Dosbox?

I believe i am to stupid to learn but to stubborn to quit.
well, i'll be getting the GoG version once my next Student, allowance... is that the correct word?
anyway the *cough* current version i have seems to just error out on me, when i mount the c drive to were blood is located, it just give me illegal command messages, and if i try to just run it outside dosbox i get an error message saying that it does not support fullscreen mode,
but hey' now that i know there is cutscenes, i'll buy it and then i'll ask if i get any problems.

You mean when you get your next student allowance?

You have version 0.74 of Dosbox right? What exactly does it say when you try mounting?
Also, the GoG version automatically mounts everything - including the virtual disc upon clicking a shortcut.

Good to know,
and the student allowance thing, i couldent find a word for it but it is essentially a student loan i don't have to pay back.

Mounting in dosbox doesn't work. It's a lie.

Bought both of them from GOG now. Glad to own a legal copy finally. (Been a bit of a scrounger until now, sadly :()

PC has such a shitty HD it's probably a bad idea to install the games on it at this moment.

Tecman's launcher is now endorsed by GOG.com:

Not much to say here but finally Blood is getting more deserved attention.

They didn't mention Rage. That's criminal.

Lol. Well it's on one of the screenshots (with all the mod names) and I put up a message on the forum that people should check RATM out.

Ah, such marks the end of an era for something great.

A true tragedy.

Just remember to download your games and extras from Thursday and on -- they will be DRM-free like up to this point.

GOG was apparently acquired by another company (by which is purely speculation) so they're closing down the service as is, but they're restarting it with probably DRM and other nasty things. I guess we'll get to see this week.

Anyway, keep a look out on http://www.gog.com/ this week to claim your games.

I have them, all two of them. I'm just pissed I didn't get myself to get ROTT sooner. :x

It's more than likely they will be back with a "refined" service so I guess you'll have your chance.

I wanted to get the Blake Stone games myself.
