I think NoOne wanted it to support more art tiles since Blood seems to have the capability to use them.
Also I believe based on what NoOne said is that Blood still supports the art tiles lumped into one file like the first shareware released has.

He apparently found out how to properly use the -art command to load the extra tiles.
That's all I know.
