http://cruo.bloodgame.ru/ has also a ton of resources.

The Blood launcher also comes with a set of "definitive must play" mods, though it hasn't been updated in ages -- http://blood.nanoaugur.net/

The number one stop for any Bloodite looking for extensive custom addons is RTCM's maintained Blood Addons page, since it has content going back to 2000 and is continually updated but appears to have the best version of each mod available, hence rescripted versions by BME which feature very convenient installation methods with little hassle:
