"Just be yourself. Only... less so."

Here's my job interview advice:

Lie about everything. Truth is not appreciated, especially in corporations. Then lie again.

That depends on the corporation. I've worked for S-corporations and closely-held corporations where the share ownership was extremely limited, and the actual size of the corporation in terms of employee count was only a few dozen people.

In those corporations, they can usually look beyond the anonymous profit motive, and they tend to function more personally as a small business, with a focus on quality of products and work environment.

TL;DR - big corporations function primarily for the benefit of the stockholders. Smaller ones can take time out to focus on the consumers of their product and their own employees.

Power is the father of desire. Desire is the father of aggression.

Of all places, that quote comes from a video game's manual by the name of Panzer Dragoon. I'll take a photo later. But... yeah, it pretty much explains a thing or two about human nature, if not nature in general.
Life is a privilege...Death is a promise...

Yes, but you're a wolf, not a human.

What about if you are semi-rastafarian and try your best to love people, and not to seek power and weath?

Have you ever considered moving from Africa? Say, somewhere like south pole or Alaska? Don't bother with Germany, they are not into that stuff anymore.
