Dead Reckoning (1947) is a drama film-noir movie by John Cromwell.
Mission 1 : Butchery Loves Company
Areas of this map are based on the movie Frankenstein (1931). The room the beginning area is overviewing is based on the laboratory of Dr. Frankenstein.
Mission 3 : Charnel House
Freddy's coming for you : We hear a voice say; “One, Two, Freddy's coming for you.” and we find Freddy's hat and jumper on a wall. This is a reference to the Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) movie series.
Mission 4 : Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake is the lake where the movie Friday the 13th (1980) takes place. You can also find the knife and mask of Jason Voorhees and his mother's severed head, which are also taken from the same series.
Mission 7 : In The Flesh
In The Flesh is song from the album The Wall (1979) by Pink Floyd.
Mission 9 : Mall of the Dead
An obvious reference to the movie Dawn of the Dead (1978) with the cheesy mall muzak.
Ichabods Halloween Supply : Possibly a reference to the character Ichabod Crane in the 1820 book Sleepy Hollow, written by Washinton Irving.
